Dr. Sarah Elle Reed
From Corporate America to the Moroccan Market
Dr. Reed is a strategic, adaptable, and results-driven aerospace engineer with 18+ years of experience in the U.S. corporate world. Our founder bridges the gap between theory and real-world project management. From aerospace to manufacturing, to financial operations, she has built collaborative, high-performing teams and trusted relationships across departments and with external partners.
The majority of her career has been dedicated to designing tailored training programs that transform technical high performers into epic leaders, working with international household names such as Caterpillar and Gulfstream.
Our Journey
After living in the USA for the past 25 years, Dr. Reed returned to Morocco and spent the last several months studying the Moroccan market, analyzing its unique challenges, its workforce gaps, and the trajectory of the Moroccan economy. What she found confirmed her instincts. Morocco is experiencing huge growth. New industries are emerging. Global investment is rising. But the education and training systems haven't kept pace.
The gap between what the economy needs and what workers know is growing. So she created AtlasCTS, not as a copy of any American or European model, but as a tailored solution designed specifically for Morocco's reality. Every program, every workshop, every tool has been built from scratch to match the specific needs of Moroccan professionals and students in this moment of transformation.
